I spent seven years in the public and international development secot designing policies, implementing programs, and supporting institutional reforms.

The common thread through all of it?

Process improvement. Systems optimization. Making workflows less painful and more efficient.

I loved creating process models, streamlining operations, and finding the gaps where technology could eliminate manual work. But I realized I didn't want to do this only within government structures. I wanted to help businesses that were actually ready to move fast and execute.

So...I made the shift.

Now I work with startups, solopreneurs, and small businesses who need operational structure without the overhead.
